Brightside Named to Inc.’s 2025 Best Workplaces List

Annual list recognizes the businesses that set the standard for workplace success and awards excellence in company culture.

Brightside, the only Financial Care solution for employers, has been named to Inc.’s annual Best Workplaces list for the third consecutive year, honoring companies that have built exceptional workplaces and vibrant cultures that support their teams and businesses.

This year’s list, featured on Inc.com, is the result of comprehensive measurement and evaluation of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company cultures, whether in-person or remote.

The award process involved a detailed employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, covering critical elements such as management effectiveness, perks, professional development, and overall company culture. Each company’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking. Brightside is honored to be included among the 514 companies recognized this year.

“Brightside Financial Care is built to help employers relieve the financial stress that holds 70% of hardworking Americans back — and that starts with caring people who support and love each other,” said Tom Spann, CEO and co-founder of Brightside. “For the third year in a row, being named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list is great recognition of the culture the Brightside team has created that is so critical to our important mission. We now have one million families eligible for Brightside at their employer and millions more counting on us to grow and succeed.”

Brightside is on a mission to improve the financial health of working families, particularly for the seven in 10 Americans living paycheck to paycheck, by providing a single destination for employees and their families to address any financial need with unbiased, personalized, and non-judgmental support combined with financial products and solutions that are better than they can get on their own. In addition to benefits like generous paid time off, flexible work-from-home options, and access to Brightside’s Financial Care services, Brightside’s employees recognized the company as a Best Workplace due to its purpose-driven mission and supportive work environment.

“Inc.’s Best Workplaces program celebrates the exceptional organizations whose workplace cultures address their employees’ welfare and needs in meaningful ways,” says Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc. “As companies expand and adapt to changing economic forces, maintaining such a culture is no small feat. Yet these honorees have not only achieved it—they continue to elevate the employee experience through thoughtful benefits, engagement, and a deep commitment to their teams.”
